Your hand forced

Have you ever waited in line in a supermarket?

The line snakes towards the cashier, and you wonder if you should switch to the other line or stay.

You can’t decide… The other one seemed to have stopped, but this one approaches slowly.

Then, the moment you find out that five of the persons in the other line were together, and if you’d switched, it would have been your turn now, a woman with a cart filled with groceries steps up to the cashier.

Your hand is forced. You missed your chance to make a decision.

This is only an example where you could have saved time. But “in real life”, in your business, making faster and more confident decisions will not only save you time.

You could also be making more money, because you’ll get more things accomplished instead of leaving them unfinished.

Or not even started.
