For the last several months, I've been drawing cartoons for around one hour per day.
I'm still struggling. Right now with expressions and colors. Argh!
Why do I do it?
I'm not after a new career in cartoons. No. But I do it for several reasons:
- It's relaxing to draw. In spite of the struggle, hehe.
- I grow. No, not physically, luckily, but as a person. Every time I go out of my comfort zone and learn something new, I grow.
I want to share my latest cartoon with you. It's an exercise in showing different expressions. As you can see, the coloring is far from perfect.
Are you doing stuff that takes you out of your comfort zone and into learning something new, or expanding your limits?
I hope so. And if you need a little help, then I highly and not very modestly recommend that you check out Malka Club here.
