An Internet Marketer’s Number One Enemy [vlog]

Hi there 😉 Today, I’m going to talk about our number one enemy. You obviously already know who that is, right? No? Lucky you!

Well, for many of us, the Internet marketer life style is a cool one, but also a very motionless one. We sit still a lot of the time, writing, using our computers to either write, read or create videos.

So this makes it easy for the extra kilos or lbs to creep up on us and hang on to our bodies in the form of nasty, ugly fat.

Yesterday, one of my friends sent me a link to a place he’s just found online. It’s free to use, and it can help you get in shape.

Basically, you tell it your weight and height and your goal. You tell it how much you move and exercise. And then you can track both food and exercises with the program.

I didn’t get started until today, because I had to find new batteries for our scale. I hadn’t been on it, since before we left France last year in June. I had to get on it twice to day to be sure: Yes! It was correct. I’d lost more than 10 kg (22 lbs) since we came to Israel.

But see my video to peak inside this awesome site that my friend found.

The URL to the site it MyFitnessPal.com but I think you’ll be listed as my friend, if you use this link:

Again, it’s free to join, and I haven’t found any hidden catches. I gain nothing if you join through my link, other than we can follow each other’s progress. And that might be very motivating 🙂

  1. Hey Britt hows it going….Ok im guilty I dont work out as much as I know I need to lol….thats a cool site. I will have to check it out.

What plugin do you use to cut down on your spam?

  2. Hi Desmond. Work out? Let me see… where did I put my dictionary 😉 – yeah, you’re right. I also need to. I heard about an Internet marketer who had her computer on the kitchen counter and worked out and wrote at the same time. That must be our next challenge 😀

I use Akismet and Captcha (plugin) against spam. People also have to have their first comment approved. I still get some, but less.
