I’m participating in a branding challenge, created by Tiffany Dow, and she started out by asking her audience some questions.
I would love it if you would answer these same questions about me in the comments.
So here are my questions for you:
1. What do you like or dislike about me, or my business?
2. What do you trust or not trust about me?
3. If someone asked you who I was, what would your answer be?
4. What main thing do you think I offer as a product or service?
5. Compare me to other marketers in general – how do I stack up?
6. Do I affect your life for the better or worse?
I appreciate you being as blunt as possible. It’s the language I speak best
Don’t be shy 🙂 Speak up, now that you have the chance 😀
1) Kvaliteten i top!
Venlig Hilsen
Valdemar Bonde
Tak, Valdemar 🙂
Okay, I’ll translate Valdemar’s comment here:
1) Top quality! Have bought myself many times earlier
2) I’ve bought a lot of things without problems, so yes, I do
3) Blogger, writer
4) Good blog articles and eBooks and books
5) Good. Because I’ve bought your books earlier and read them on the library, I knew it was good quality.
6) Many of your articles and books have helped me a lot, and you’ve always answered my emails, so it’s really good.
(I bow and thank you, Valdemar)
1. What do you like or dislike about me, or my business?
I like the honesty and straightforward way in which you communicate your opinions and show new products.
2. What do you trust or not trust about me?
I have never seen any dishonest statements, and my impression is that you say things are crappy whenever you find products you can’t recommend. The best part in all of this is that you always show an even better product whenever criticism is voiced.
3. If someone asked you who I was, what would your answer be?
I have often heard people recognize your name as a result of the many booklets on Information Technology you have written. Somewhat less in the money online sphere, probably due to the fact that only very few people dive into the subject here in Denmark.
I always mention you as an inspiration, and that I was grateful for your introduction into this field of personal business.
4. What main thing do you think I offer as a product or service?
That depends. My knowledge of you is deeper than most other people, but I would immediately mention your speed-reading course and the blog you write – and you already sell some of the products you recommend, so driving them to your blog leaves the selling up to yourself.
5. Compare me to other marketers in general – how do I stack up?
I trust you far more than many marketers. I hate the ones who claim they rarely recommend others, and then you watch their blogs filled with recommendations. It’s a form of double-speak that I don’t like.
I like your style much better. When you recommend something we know it’s good quality – and has been so ever since you sold the mail client that I even use today some three paid versions later. 🙂
6. Do I affect your life for the better or worse?
You are welcome any day, and your e-mails are always a blessing. 🙂
Thank you, Henrik 😀
Sure I will take a minute or two for you! Granny!!
1. If it hadn’t been for you, you wouldn’t have had a comment from me now! great books, learnt a lot.
2. So far you haven’t giving me any reason not to trust you.
3. Author, great books, easy for self Studying. Following you on Twitter, get new letters, etc.
4. Books and E-books and your knowledge and experience from the web.
5. Great, have bought other teaching books from other authors, but they have in general not been as easy to follow as yours, 🙂
6. You gave me the courage to go ahead with EDB and gave me the confidence as well, mind you I had past the 50 years before I started, and now I’m the one people ask? Would you Please????? Help me? oh yes my pleasure!!! thanks to you!
Awwwww, IngeLise, thank you so much 🙂 I’m glad that I’ve been able to help you, and what a strong victory that people come to you now for help. That’s great!
This will be my pleasure, Britt.
1. What is there NOT to like about you, and the way you handle your business. Always polite, ethical and honest.
2. Refer to above.
3. Someone who works diligently at her craft as an author, and always willing to learn and improve.
4. Articles of ever-increasing quality.
5. Love your writing, as it’s so clear and easy to follow.
6. Definitely for the better… as both a friend and a colleague.
Aw, Pete 🙂 You make me cry. That was so sweet, thank you 🙂 And thank you for being my friend and proofreading my writings.
1. What do you like or dislike about me, or my business?
Your Internet marketing style is clean, friendly, informative and
valued…
2. What do you trust or not trust about me?
I’ll trust you until proven otherwise…
I enjoy the emails I receive and know they’ll be helpful
not another ‘worthless push’ to buy, buy, buy…
3. If someone asked you who I was, what would your answer be?
I’d say Britt Malka is a refreshingly bright Internet Marketer
that’ll present quality products and advice on a professional level.
4. What main thing do you think I offer as a product or service?
I believe you offer ebooks and articles re: ebook creation…
Also, you send loads of valuable tips and tricks showing various ways to accomplish the makings of a great book!!
5. Compare me to other marketers in general – how do I stack up?
So many marketers, after getting you on their list, will pound the hell out of you with hype…”buy this”, get this now!”, on and on!!
Their credibility is ruined and it becomes a pain…
And you’d think these ‘so-called gurus’ would know better…
Yet they seem to be oblivious…and never actually “listen” to their valuable list!…
This is where Britt is different…and it’s refreshing!
6. Do I affect your life for the better or worse?
When you receive value-laden information that you’ve requested from someone who presents it in a professional and friendly way, that’s always a plus!
I personally hate the “gurus” sales approach (mentioned above)…
So when you’re a subscriber to Britt’s informative and valued newsletters, you ought to consider yourself lucky…
It’s a win-win situation…she’s got a targeted subscriber (you’ve requested her info) and you’ve got a source of help that’ll inform, educate and freshen your perspective for quite a while…
Thanks Britt, hope this helps…

Why, thank you, Nile – Your comment made me really happy 🙂 And oh, yes, it helps 🙂
1. Jeg oplever dig ligefrem, troværdig og ærlig.
2. Jamen jeg har tillid til det hele 🙂
Thank you so much, Hanne. In private you told me that you didn’t know that the comment would be shown online, which is why you wrote in Danish, so with your permission, I’ll translate it here:
1. I find you straightforward, trustworthy and honest.
2. Oh, but I trust it all 🙂
3. A super clever Danish woman, living in Israel, and who has learnt so much about Internet Marketing during the last 7 years. She’s trustworthy, honest, and has spend her spare time on answering my questions to her, so that I could get started.
4. Personality
5. Your emails are personal and you don’t send out too many. I often get overwhelmed by emails from others about Internet Marketing, and they are often too long, so I give up, especially since they seem superficial and “fake” and look like everybody else’s emails.
6. For the better, of course 🙂 And I look forward to getting started again after some private difficulties.
Hugs from Hanne
Hi Britt,
I’m not going to answer your questions per se. Instead I’ll share a story. A story of which you know most of the details.
Back in the fall of 2006 I lost my job. I was unemployed for about 6 months. During that time I picked up a booklet written by one Britt Malka about making money online. I went to you primary Danish websites and signed up for your list.
When you launched your Quicksilver cause I signed up for that right away. That one course still serves as the foundation of my IM knowledge (Yes! It is that good!). A big part of the course was a forum where members could brainstorm and share ideas. I think it’s safe to say that Britt and I hit it off straight away.
Since then we have been brainstorming and sharing ideas pretty much on a daily basis. To the extend that we often tell each other when we take a day off 🙂
Britt is far more productive than I am, but also has more time to be. I have seen many products come through and all have been of the highest quality.
If she has one flaw it is that she sells her products short. In my opinion the potential is often far greater than I sense Britt is aware of.
It is safe to say that I wouldn’t be in IM if it wasn’t for Britt.
Britt doesn’t build lists, she builds friendships.
Ooh, thank you, Mike 🙂 I’m really touched, and how lucky I was that you joined QuickSilver back then, so we would become friends and colleagues. 🙂
