Just as it’s often the people who buy cheap stuff that make the most fuss if there’s even just one small detail missing. The only part they listened to in business school was the message that the customer was king – and all the rest was trashed…

    I can’t speak for everyone, but I rarely meet that kind of customers. I’m lucky. I have so many nice people on my list, and I know a bunch of them by name. I also know that a lot of them struggle with things that they could overcome if they had a little guidance. I provide that guidance inside Malka Club. And I love it, every time somebody overcomes their hardships and grow.
